RTD Expansion
The objective for this project is to add a new system line, chilled bath system, high-pressure rinse and foamer
system and the juice separator for the fillers. CSMI scope of work under this proposal will involve engineering and design services required to complete a mechanical and electrical installation package to be used for mechanical and electrical contractor bid and construction.

Cream Cheese Project
The objective for this project is the successful modification of an existing production line to produce Cream Cheese products. CSMI scope of work under this proposal will involve consulting engineering services as required for preparation of the Final Engineering drawings and documentation required for the bid and installation of equipment needed.

Offline Variety Pack
The objective of this project is a new offline variety pack packaging line. CSMI scope of work under this proposal will involve engineering and design services required to complete a mechanical and electrical installation package to be used for mechanical and electrical bid and construction. Programming to develop Sequence of Operations, develop/modify PLC programs per approved sequence of operations, develop/modify HMI screens per approved sequence of operations, provide required debug for programs and applications, and provide owner opportunity to review system prior to commissioning.

Specific equipment to be installed includes the following:

1. Infeed conveyors
2. Shrink bundler
3. Bar code check/reject
4. Date coder
5. Palletizing equipment (pallet lifts and conveyor)

Calcium Addition
The objective of this project is to add Tri-calcium Phosphate (TCP).
